Would you turn Vigilante to Protect your Homes and Loved Ones??

When there’s a spate of crime in an area, it’s easy to think you should roll your sleeves up and get things done yourself.

However, whilst your intentions may be good, and your defense is helping the community, being a vigilante can be a murky world legally.

So, is being a vigilante illegal? Technically, no. It’s not illegal to be a vigilante.

However, it is worth remembering doing almost any of the stuff that vigilantes do could get you arrested

This is what the law says about being a vigilante – Cambridgeshire Live

What is a vigilante?

A vigilante is a civilian or organisation acting in a law enforcement capacity (or in the pursuit of self-perceived justice) without legal authority.

There has been a stark rise in the amount of vigilante groups operating in the UK in recent years.

Communities in certain areas do feel let down and not safe in their homes and Businesses! Would you get together and guard your properties?

Is this safe? What if you got hurt in the process? What if you hurt someone else in the process? Would this mean you have broken the law? What are your thoughts on this?
